This price will include an initial phone consultation, a property visit, a follow up phone consultation, and a written prescription for your parcel.
GLC is not interested in giving generic, run-of-the-mill recommendations. We want to provide you with attainable, creative, and (most importantly) hunt-able recommendations for your parcel.
What will you be receiving as a client of Genetics Land Consulting?
Initial Phone Consultation
During this conversation, we will discuss your property and goals. This is when I will begin to get an idea of how deer use your property and how you can capitalize on that movement to achieve your goals.
In-Person Property Visit
This will be when we will really get a good idea of your local habitat. Boots-on-the-ground observation is the best way to observe how we can improve your Food, Water, Cover, and Safety. During this visit we will look at the entire property in order to develop a habitat management and hunting strategy.
Follow-Up Phone Consultation
During this conversation, we will talk through your recommended habitat and hunting enhancements. This will also be a good opportunity to ask any follow-up questions you may have.
Written Recommendation
This is will be our written recommendation for your property as well as step-by-step instructions of how to perform various tasks. This will be roughly a 10 page resource for you to use as you begin to make these enhancements so that you do not have to try to remember or guess; you will know exactly what to do, where to do it, and why you are doing it.
